中华医学遗传学学会会员,甘肃省生物工程学会理事,甘肃省医学遗传学学会会员,甘肃省健康管理研究会常务理事及干细胞外泌体专业委员会主委,甘肃省创新方法研究会兰州大学分会理事,甘肃省科普专家。SCI、兰州大学学报、生物医学转化等杂志审稿专家。发表SCI论文32篇,联合培养硕士及博士研究生30余名。主持2项甘肃省自然基金,1项兰州市科技计划、3项甘肃省重点实验室开放基金,3项中央高校基本科研费项目,5项横向课题,参加多项国家自然科学基金及国际合作。联合培养硕士及博士研究生40余名。

承担《医用细胞生物学》、《医学遗传学》、《分子医学》、《蛋白质组学》本科课程,《蛋白质组学进展》、《细胞与基因治疗》研究生课程;主持4项校级教学项目,发表教学论文2篇,获2024年隆基教学新秀奖;获兰州大学青年教师讲课比赛优秀奖,基础医学院青年教师授课大赛二等奖。指导3项国家级大学生创新创业项目,2项新医科本科交叉创新训练计划项目,16项校级大学生创新创业项目,指导学生获2项第十届大学生基础医学创新研究暨实验设计论坛三等奖; 2025(省级)、2021、2015年获兰州大学学生创新创业行动计划“优秀指导教师”;2014、2015获得兰州大学暑期科技、文化、卫生“三下乡”社会实践“优秀指导教师”。2021年获欧美同学会第二届“双创”大赛二等奖。
