   针对临床癌症免疫治疗疗效不佳，提出应用天然免疫激动剂联合中药类抗炎试剂重塑微环境的方案，诱导CD8⁺T细胞肿瘤浸润并活化的同时，下调免疫负性因素。小鼠实验抑瘤率约59%，疗效强于国际前沿研究天然免疫激动剂联合PD-L1抗体；以西医思维提出减毒中药生物碱的方案；发现两个潜在的肿瘤标志物，并以基因组学构建免疫相关标志物。
