周奇，男，副教授，医学博士，兰州大学GRADE中心副主任、STAR指南项目办公室主任、世界卫生组织指南实施与知识转化合作中心成员、兰州大学第一医院临床研究中心方法学专家委员会成员。2023年11月，受国家留学基金委公派出国项目的资助，前往加拿大McMaster University进行为期1年的联合培养。主要研究方向为临床实践指南、疾病诊断标准、临床研究以及循证评价。作为指南方法学组成员参与由中华医学会呼吸病学分会、中华医学会风湿病学分会、中华医学会妇产科学分会、中华医学会重症医学分会等组织牵头的20余部循证指南的制订工作。新冠疫情期间，参与中华医学会呼吸病学分会制订的《中国成人2019冠状病毒病的诊治与防控指南》以及10个国家共同参与的首部《国际儿童新冠肺炎诊疗指南》。参编医学著作6部，其中作为编委参与全国高等学校“十三五”医学规划教材《循证医学（第4版）》的编写工作。目前以第一作者（含共一）在Lancet、JAMA Pediatrics、EClinicalMedicine、Clinical Microbiology and Infection、Journal of Clinical Epidemiology 等期刊上发表40余篇文章。
